If you wish to return any item after you have received your order, you may do so within 14 working days of date of invoice. Please contact us for further instructions. Items can be exchanged or refunded provided they are unopened in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any fresh vegetables, chilled or frozen items. If you return any item due to a change of mind, you are liable for any return/ exchange postage costs.
If China Centre UK have to issue a refund to you due to any circumstance, this will be issued within 7 working days of the enquiry being raised. Refunds will be issued to the card that was used to pay for the original order.
Incorrect or Missing Items
In the unlikely event that an item from you order is incorrect or missing, please contact us straight away and inform our team which item(s) are missing. We will then offer you the option to either replace the item(s) or receive a full refund for the item(s). We may also ask you to send back the incorrect item for which we will cover postage costs.
